At Lux Garage Doors, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made garage doors and special order hardware are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage your items in the original crates or boxes, ensuring all installation hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Schedule a pickup with the designated freight carrier provided in your return instructions; please note that return shipping costs for oversized items are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
